Starting point:
Wierd to start a diet on a friday, but to hell with it.
I’ll have a max of 1500cal, but hoping I’ll stay within the range of 1200 or under.
I’ll be either working busgirl at a restaurant or going to a show. Either one, I’ll have to skip out on a meal anyway, SO.
For a meal plan for some motivation let’s do this:
Breakfast: Pediasure - 240 cals.
Lunch: anything healthy between 300-400 cals
Dinner: hopefully i can skip.. if anything something between 100-300.
Snacks: less than 100
and i’ll work on everything from here. i’m bringing my life back
